What does your Halloween weekend look like?
I am looking forward to some downtime with my family. We’ve been busy, busy this week. And of course, our girls are counting down the minutes until they can dress up. It’s so funny, they are going to be the same thing they are every Halloween. Want to guess what that is? As long as they are happy, though :).
Here are a couple of things I found around the web…
Denmark has been voted one of the happiest countries for many years and it very likely has to do with the Danish way of “hygge”. Intriguing, right? (I touch on something similar in my free eBook, btw.)
For those of us with littles in the house, our pantries are all about to be filled to the brim with this. I bet these are 5 things you didn’t know about chocolate.
Restaurant deals and freebies you might want to take advantage of this Halloween.
What has the power to improve your health and well-being, increase kindness, improve your relationships, close and open doors in life, and make you feel lighter and more powerful? (Let me know in the comments, if you were right!)
Pumpkin may be overrated when it comes to making an amazing pumpkin pie. This along with some brandy may just make the best “pumpkin” pie ever. (I am going to have to give this a try. Pumpkin pie might just be my favorite dessert. I made like 15 of them last fall and thankfully gave most of them away.)
It wouldn’t be “Halloween” (Oct. 31 is also Reformation Day) for our family, without watching the Luther movie. Well done and educational, this movie is good for even those who aren’t Protestant.
I hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween!
